Beth Probert EngTech MIET – Consultant Engineer at Capgemini
Beth is an Astrophysicist turned Software Engineer working at Capgemini Engineering’s High Integrity Software Expertise Centre. Her day-to-day work involves creating cutting-edge software that keeps people safe in their everyday lives and researching new technologies.
Beth is also the Vice Chair of the WISE Young Professional’s Board, where she supports the diverse group of Board members with projects that aim to inspire, engage with and advocate for the current and next generation of women in STEM. Her enthusiasm and passion for both her work and wider diversity and inclusion issues led to her recognition as one of the top female engineers in the UK as a finalist in the IET’s 2020 Young Woman Engineer of the Year awards.

Valeria Cataldo – Head of ViiV Tech at GSK
Valeria has been working for GSK since 2011, leading multiple global initiatives in the ERP space, implementing best in class Cloud solutions for the Finance business and in the last year an half heading up Tech for the HIV business, focusing in particular on Digital marketing solutions and virtual customer engagement. Prior to that, Valeria worked for few years at Kraft Foods leading SAP implementation globally and another couple of years at Accenture Consulting travelling around the worlds at multiple clients experiencing different industries. Valeria’s first job experience was an internship at United Nations in New York at the Budgeting & Controlling department which she started right after her Master in Business Administration and Management, with honours.
